Monday - Friday DaysOur Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Sports Medicine office is seeking a motivated and energetic LPN to join our dedicated team of healthcare providers!The Division of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and Sports Medicine is located at 1019 New Loudon Road in Latham.
Our division has 10 physicians and 16 medicine and pediatric residents.
As a patient centered medical home primary care office, the division is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our patients.
We are committed to meeting all of our patients needs from medical to psychosocial.
As a medicine and pediatrics office we see patients of all ages.
The division is an energetic, fast-paced work environment.
We strive to work together as a team to deliver exceptional patient care.
Under the direction of the attending physician, RN, Lead LPN or practice coordinator, the LPN will provide direct patient care and assist in the following clinical functions to all providers.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Obtains and accurately record patient's vital signsDocuments components of patient's historyCommunicates in an open and appropriate manner with patients, visitors and staffParticipates in in-office procedures under the direction and supervision of a licensed healthcare providerPerforms diagnostic CLIA waived testingPerforms venipuncture to obtain blood for lab testingPrescription call-backs per scope of practicePreps patient's chart for pertinent clinical informationMaintains inventory of supplies, and keeps patient examination rooms stockedAdheres to AMC's regulatory compliance issues

- requiredPrevious experience in a patient care setting - preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from physicians, patients and their family members or other employees within the work setting.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
